KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Code of Ethics

The KGHM Ethics Line is a confidential channel for internal reporting in accordance with the procedure for the receipt of internal reports of violations of law and follow-up in the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group.

If you would like to submit a report – please complete online form. You can also choose another confidential channel or request a face-to-face meeting.

PLEASE NOTE – the KGHM Ethics Hotline shall not be used to report events representing a direct hazard to human life or property. Those matters shall be reported to emergency numbers (112).
